The short version

We are a two-person operation selling a Premiere Pro plugin. We collect your email so we can send you your files, and a licence key plus a machine identifier so the two-machine limit works. We count visits ourselves, on our own server, with no cookies and nothing that can follow you to another site. There are no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. Your video never leaves your computer.

Your footage stays yours

The AI that cuts silence and writes captions is installed with the plugin and runs on your own computer. Your clips, your audio and your projects are never uploaded to us and we have no way to see them. This is not a policy choice we could quietly reverse: there is no upload in the product.

What we collect, and why

• Your email address: from Stripe checkout when you buy, or from the form when you ask for the free pack. We use it to send your download links, your licence key, and to answer you when you write in.
• Order details: which products you bought, the Stripe checkout reference, your licence key, and the date. We need this to deliver your files, to find your order when you ask, and to keep the books.
• Activation details: when you activate the plugin it sends us your licence key, an identifier for that machine, the name you gave the machine, and the date. This exists to count your two machines and nothing else. We do not collect what you edit, what is on your timeline, or anything else about your computer.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We see that a payment succeeded and the email attached to it. We never see or store your card number.
• Visits and what you do on the site: our own server records which pages you open, how far down them you scroll, which buttons and links you click (their labels, never where your mouse is), whether you started a video, how long a page was open in front of you, and what brought you here: the site that linked to you, the campaign tag in the address, the country of the connection. It is tied to a random number your browser makes up on its first visit and keeps. That number is not made from your IP address, your name or anything else about you, it never leaves our own domain, and clearing your browser data deletes it for good. If you later give us your email, for the free pack or by buying, that history becomes attached to your address. We use this to see which pages are worth keeping and where people give up. No cookies and no scripts from other companies. If you decline in the cookie notice, nothing persistent is stored, and your visits are counted anonymously with a code that expires the same day.
• Basic server logs: our host records requests for security and to stop abuse of the download links.

What we do not do

• No session recording and no heatmaps. Nobody watches your screen or follows your mouse, and we never read what you type. The one exception is the email address you type into the free-pack form, because handing it to us is the point of that form.
• No advertising or tracking pixels. No Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag.
• No selling, renting or sharing your data with anyone for their own purposes.
• No advertising profiles, and no automated decision is ever made about you. Nothing you do on this site changes the price you are shown.

Cookies and what the site stores in your browser

No cookies are set at all. The store keeps a few things in your browser's own storage: your cookie choice, what is in your cart so it survives a refresh, and the random number that lets us tell a returning visitor from a new one. Nothing follows you to other sites, and clearing your browser data removes all of it. You can also switch the counting off entirely by opening flowcutstore.com/?nostats=1 once in this browser.

Detailed records of single clicks and page views are deleted after six months. What remains is the summary: how many visits, from where, and whether they led to a purchase.

Companies that process data for us

• Stripe: payments and checkout.
• Cloudflare: hosting for the site, the licence server, the database and the download files.
• Resend: sending your download and licence emails.
• Nobody, for the typefaces. The fonts used to load from Google Fonts and Fontshare, which meant your IP address reached them on every page. Since 14 August 2026 they are served from this site, so that no longer happens.
• YouTube: only if you click play on the walkthrough video. Until you click, nothing is loaded from YouTube, and the player we use is the no-cookie one.

These companies act on our instructions, except that Stripe is also responsible for its own handling of payment data. Some of them are outside the EU; transfers rely on the standard contractual clauses those companies publish.

How long we keep things

• Licence and order records: for as long as your licence exists. We need them to keep the plugin working for you and to support you later.
• Payment and accounting records: for 5 years from the end of the year they relate to, which is what Polish tax law requires.
• Free pack emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Emails we send

You get an email with your files after a purchase or a free pack request. We may send occasional emails about updates or new products to people who bought or downloaded from us. Every one of them has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your licence.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, hand it over in a portable form, or stop using it for marketing. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it within a month, usually much sooner.

One honest catch: if you ask us to delete your licence record, your key stops working, because that record is what makes it work. We will tell you before we do anything.

If you are in the EU or the UK and you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to fix it first.

Children

This store is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly sell to anyone under 16.

Changes

If we start using a new tool that touches your data, we update this page and change the date at the top.
